Conditions of Sale
Shipping:
1. All Items shipped Domestically in the US will be handled and shipped by Billy The Kid Online Auctions through USPS for a flat $5.00 fee, for each item, the maximum amount we will charge buyers for domestic shipping is 25.00$ anything above that will be combined and paid for by Billy The Kid Online Auctions.
2. All Items will be shipped Internationally for a $50.00 flat fee. (Updated May 13, 2018)
3. Billy The Kid Online Auctions will automatically combine several lots in one package: combined shipping is available and will be used if the bidder wins more than one lot during the same auction. combined shipping does not mean we charge less for shipping, it is just used, so that we ship multiple lots a bidder wins in one package. (Update May 13, 2018)
Buyers Premium:
1. The buyer's premium charged to the bidder on property won will be in the amount of 20% of the final bid price. A 20% buyers premium will be charged to all winning bidders.
Payments:
1. If payment is not made within 3 days of auction end, the bidder will be automatically charged the amount due on the invoice on the 4th day after the auction using the credit card on file.
Sales Tax:
1. All bidders are subject to sales tax.
Terms & Conditions:
A) All property is sold AS IS / WHERE IS and all sales are final. While the auction house will, to the best of their ability, to describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the auction house or the catalog. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. Neither the auction house nor the consignor will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, age, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property, and no statement, whether oral or written, by any representative of Billy The Kid Auction House shall be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
B) The buyer's premium on property purchased will be in the amount of 20% of the final bid price.
C) The Auction House, Auctioneer or Auction Administrator, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any opening bid, which they feel is unacceptable or too low. The Auctioneer or auction administrator also reserve the right to withdraw any property before the sale.
D) Billy The Kid Auction House WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LIVE INTERNET BIDS THAT ARE NOT SENT, RECEIVED, OR EXECUTED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR.
E) The highest bidder acknowledged by the auction house or auction clerk will be the winning bidder. In the event of a dispute between bidders, or in the event that there are multiple bids for the same amount due to the sequence and timing of bids received from online bidders and/or absentee bidders or in the event of doubt on the auction house or auction clerk's part as to the validity of any bid, the auction house or auction clerk will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the choice to re-offer and sell the property in dispute. In the event of a tie between a live online bid and an absentee bid. The live online bid will take precedence. The auction house or auction clerk's decision will be binding and final.
F) Once the auction house or auction clerk announces the word 'SOLD', title to the property will immediately pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auction house or auction clerk. Once title to the property has passed to the highest bidder, such bidder assumes all risks and responsibilities and will pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium.
G) All Lots must be paid for within 72 hours of the auction. Billy The Kid Auction House will email an invoice to all winning bidders within 48 hours of the end of said auction.
H) All Bidders from the State of New Mexico are subject to the state 8.25% sales tax unless winning bidder has sales tax exemption certificate.
I) If payment is not made within 1 days of auction end, the bidder will be automatically charged the amount due on the invoice within 3 days of the auction using the credit card on file.
J) All terms and conditions of sale are governed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico.

The Total amount of Buyers' premium will be in the amount of 20% of the hammer price.
